OOC: It's up to individual players to figure out how the leves will play out, how long they take, and so on. All that's asked in turn is that players avoid having characters do something that would be damning to the Guild's reputation. At the very least, please ask before plotting such things, and if told no please respect the decision. Please understand that at the end of the day the Guild is still a business run by player-characters, and such actions or poor performances would reflect back on them. Thank you!
