Her shock at him remembering her is equally baffling, it should have been a given. They'd traveled together a long time, her the only one who could see and communicate with him. It would be hard to forget such a thing. Maybe there was something about the whole...shared soul thing that he didn't know about? After all, he had essentially stopped being himself once they'd rejoined. Looking at it that way, perhaps the shock wasn't quite so out of that field.
